If you want to replace your current components, you need to keep in mind to use the exact same dimensions as the original parts. This especially refers to suspension (shocks) featuring a specific amount of travel. Different dimensions will change the handling characteristics of the bike and can even lead to frame damage.
The maximum approved brake disc diameters are already those that were originally installed on our models of the relevant series and model year. These are valid for front and rear, even if the fork producer should release larger disc brakes.
We strictly recommend not to exceed the tire width. We recognize that some riders may still want even wider tires for certain uses, but they do so at their own risk. Keep in mind each tire maker widths may vary, even when marked the same size. Keep in mind rim widths also affect tire width. It’s a good idea to measure the inside of your frame and brakes to see how much room is available.
Following minimum clearances must be met: -4mm on racing bikes -6mm all other
We encourage you to always contact your local dealer from whom you purchased your bike. The obligation to deal with complaints only applies to the dealer from whom the bicycle was purchased. Please also note; Other dealers can perform the claim on a voluntary basis but aren't obliged to do so.
Replacement parts include the following:
-Rims ( bikes with rim brakes) -Tyres -Chain -Chain rings -Sprockets -Hub bearings -Bottom bracket -Headset -Bearing sets -Cables -Brake discs -Brake pads -Handles -Saddle -Reducers, seals and bearings in chassis parts such as fork and shocks, adjustable seat posts.
Replacement parts require periodic maintenance, especially chains and bearing kits. PLEASE NOTE: Replacement parts are not subject to the regular guarantee/warranty.
For any claim to be considered, you must consult your authorized dealer from whom you bought it. Warranty service and possible replacements & repair will be performed by your dealer, he will assess the claim and contact us for further proceedings.
